Junior Coordinator – Internship Application Fall 2007

We are looking for students/young professionals to work part-time managing the Junior Chamber. The Junior Coordinator position is an unpaid internship offering an unprecedented opportunity to gain valuable experience and business related skills as well as developing a unique and valuable professional network in a region that boasts two of the world’s most prominent telecommunications and life sciences industry clusters.

The Junior Coordinators operate the SACC SD/TJ Junior Chamber by executing initiatives and projects and marketing Junior Chamber events such as the Valborg celebration, Snack and Bar nights, the Brannboll tournament and the Mentorship Program, as well as ensuring the overall success and effectiveness of the SACC SD/TJ. Junior Coordinators serve a 4-6 month tenure starting August/September. The Junior Coordinator does not need to work at the office but must have the opportunity to check in with the Chamber on needed basis.

All applicants must be bilingual in both Swedish and English. Qualified candidates should also possess good IT knowledge and organizational skills. The most important criteria for candidates is to have an outgoing personality, be a strong communicator and be highly motivated. Related practical work experience is highly desirable.
