Brannboll Pictures 2006

This past Saturday the Junior Chamber of the SACC SD/TJ held its Christmas Brannboll Tournament in Mission Bay. The warm and sunny weather drew a great crowd, all eager and ready for the game. The afternoon started off with glogg and pepparkakor and when everybody was in the Christmas mood, it was time for the game. Junior coordinator Mia, also judge on this occasion, divided the participants in two teams. Despite great efforts from team one, they lost the game big time to their opponents that won with a shocking 72 versus 46. After the game, the crowd continued with some more glogg and pepparkakor. The losing team suffered from the loss and demanded a rematch and wanted to show everybody what they were made of. So the two teams played again and surely enough, the first team stepped up and won the rematch.

Thanks to the great turnout, the Saturday afternoon was perfect and the SACC Christmas Brannboll Tournament was a great success! This event will be repeated in spring of 2007, when the Junior Chamber SD/TJ will arrange the Beer Brannboll Tournament. Hope to see you then!
